-Credits cannot be refunded, transferred to others, or exchanged for money.

⭐ 2. Donor & Beneficiary Responsibilities

-Pickup location, date, and time must be mutually agreed upon between donor and beneficiary.

-Once a book is received, beneficiaries should mark the book as collected and submit a review/feedback to help maintain platform trust.

-Donors should update the status of the book if it is already given away to avoid confusion.

-Beneficiaries should contact donors politely and only for book-related communication.

⭐ 3. Privacy & Safety Rules

-Donor contact details are shown only for the book being requested.

-Users must not share, forward, or misuse any donor information.

-Misuse of contact details, harassment, or spam calls/messages will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

-Never ask for personal details beyond what is provided for the book pickup.

-Each user must maintain only one account. Multiple or fake accounts are not allowed.

-Uploaded book details must be accurate, with a clear photo and correct condition.

-Books listed must be in usable condition (no missing pages, torn chapters, or unreadable text).

-Uploaded images must not contain inappropriate or copyrighted content unrelated to the book.

-Do not list items other than books, notes, or academic materials.

⭐ 5. Behaviour & Community Conduct

-All communication must be respectful, especially when contacting donors.

-Users should respond promptly to messages regarding book pickup arrangements.

-Donors and beneficiaries should be punctual during scheduled pickup time.

-Any disputes must be reported immediately through the Help / Contact page.

⭐ 6. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly not allowed:
-Selling books on the platform (ShareBooks is strictly free).

-Asking donors for payment or favor.

-Posting misleading or fake book listings.

-Using automated tools, bots, or scripts on the website.

-Misrepresenting your identity or purpose.
